Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Canada) All Canadian orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping Cowboy Club ships internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Import Duties, Customs Fees & TaxesInternational customers — including those ordering from the United States — are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and taxes imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are determined entirely by your local customs office and are outside of Cowboy Club's control. We are unable to predict, calculate, or cover these fees on your behalf.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs charges upon delivery.

Refused or Denied Shipments If a shipment is refused or denied at customs due to unpaid duties or for any other reason, Cowboy Club is not responsible for the cost of return shipping or any fees incurred. Refunds will not be issued for refused shipments.
